Q What day/s do you play at NKG?

Our Tee Times at New Kuta Golf are

Wednesdays at 12:00

Fridays         at 08:00

Sundays      at 12:30

Registration Closes 30 minutes prior to Tee off times above

Q Can I hire Clubs

A

Raffles does not hire Clubs, however they can be hired from New Kuta Golf - please see the following link for details http://newkutagolf.com/pages/reservation.html

Q I can't log in. What is do I do?

A

Membership Number:   This is the alphanumeric number issued to you in the original joining email notification and is also the same as the one on your membership card - Example RGB0217  - (Romeo Golf Bravo Zero Two One Seven )

Password:  If you forgotten your Password please click the dialogue box which will send you a new one to your registered email address - this can be changed to one that maybe more easily remember once in the members area.

Q I still can not log in

I still can not log in: 1) Try clearing your web browser history and cookies. 2) Or your account may have been deactivated due to non payment of renewal - write to us info@rafflesgolfbali.com with your original log in details / and email address used to sign up and we will get back to you

Q Do I need to make a reservation

A

No need for a reservation - we do recommend for groups that you advise before coming and to check a few days prior to playing to ensure that there have been no changes to the Tee Times

Q As visitor can I join you at you away games

A

All away games are for Raffles members and their invited guests only.

Q How do I join?

A

Everyone who wishes do join Raffles Golf Bali need to complete the online application form.  http://rafflesgolfbali.com/membership/join-online/ 

Q If I pay for one or more years what will the valid to date on my membership card show?

A

A member who has paid the renewal fee for more than one year - will receive an electronic membership card issued for each financial year on the 1st September. 

Q When do I receive my membership renewal and how is it sent?

A
At end of June all members whose renewal is due will get an email asking them to pay online. Please follow the instructions in the email on how to do this.  

Q How Can I pay the membership?

A
All members who are due for renewal will be sent by the system a renewal notice to pay! To pay the renewal please follow the links in the email renewal notice.- where we will direct you to the PayPal website.  OR you can pay in CASH only on the days we play our organised playing days. 

Q Will I receive a reminder for my membership renewal?

A

 Yes a  number of reminders will be sent from sent until 31 August. Once payment is received you will receive a notification via email and then on September 1st you will receive your new membership card. If payment has not been received and membership renewed then your membership will become inactive.
